Cirdna

• Implemented cirdna plasmid map drawing
• Improved blast databases update
• Remove dnafeat_categories table that is not necessary anymore now that cirddna replaces Plasmapper.

This merge request follows up on issues #96 (closed), #106 (closed), #107 (closed) and #109 (closed).
