cirdna block colors

It would be much nicer on plasmid maps to set the block color of the dna feature according to the type of the feature.

Done now as follows:

• add the type (category) to the name of the feature when building blast database (see BlastController.php)
• extract the category back from the extended name when preparing cirdna input file (see lib/Seq.php)

We can close the issue.
