This project contains scripts that automate population genetics analyses on several VCF files
1) popg_loop.R > iterates the report creation for every gene VCF files
2) report_pan.Rmd; report_gor.Rmd; report_pon.Rmd > contains steps that analyse different population genomics parameters and display them in a pdf report file using LaTeX
