upgrade to Laravel 10

Of course, this should be solved AFTER solving issue #163 (closed)

Apparently, Voyager became compatible with Laravel 10 when version 1.7 was released, see this discussion. So we should first upgrade voyager before going to Laravel 10.

A minimal version of composer is required, which is handled at the system's administration level and not at the level of MyLabStocks repo software. So we'll need to update the upgrading section of the admin doc and provide instructions about composer there.
