Release v2.0.2 (beta-release) 
New version where:
- plasmid maps are produced with cirdna. 
- Read views are improved
- A warning column is added to the strains table
- Blast functions were re-arranged.
- doc is re-organized and more complete

This is the first beta release. Changes are:
