absurd sequence update if .gb file is not of correct format

Plasmid edit page: If I enter a png file as the seqfile entry and then save and then press the "update sequence from .gb file" button, I get a success message but the seq is (of course) and absurd list of letters. We must check the file format before updating, or, better, before uploading.
