keep horizontal scroll bar accessible

In browse views, when the table is big, it is annoying to have to go to the bottom of the page when we need to scroll horizontally.

Maybe having a vertical scrollbar within the table container would allow to always leave the horizontal one accessible.

If too complicated, this could be part of the front-end dev that we may do later (issue #101 (closed))
